A faculty attending for the Kaiser San Francisco Oakland facility. Dr. Krcal graduated from Xavier University with a bachelors in biology. He then went onto Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his three year surgical residency training with Kaiser Permanente, San Francisco, Bay Area foot and ankle residency program. He then went on to complete a surgical Fellowship with the CORE Institute in Phoenix, AZ focusing on complex foot and ankle Reconstruction including Total Ankle Replacements. Join us as we discuss Craig’s journey and exploration into finding Podiatric medicine through his own sports injuries. He shares with us the mentality of an athlete and how this transitioned into being a coach and mentor in pole vaulting.
