Ep. 127 – Maria Love, DPM, AZCPM 2024, Creighton University Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency

Deans chat Co-hosts, Drs. Jeffrey Jensen and Johanna Richey are joined by newly graduated Dr. Maria Love! Dr. Love is a new graduate from the Arizona College of Podiatric Medicine at Midwestern University Class of 2024!

Dr. Maria Love is a graduate from University of Arizona with her Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science and Biochemistry. She went on to complete her Masters of Science in Cellular and molecular Medicine including work as a Clinical Trial Specialist. She will be joining Creighton University School of Medicine- Phoenix Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency program in July of 2024.

She provides excellent advice and tips for how to make decisions as well as some options for a framework around evaluating your experiences to help you rank programs and the importance of listening to your gut. Her unique story as a student who had her first daughter during school is one of triumph, personal grit and determination along with incredible introspection and reflection on how she wants to build the life she has imagined.
